THE 2025 ANZ Fiji Excellence in Tourism Awards (FETA) has been officially launched in Nadi.

Speaking at the event at Coffee Hub in Nadi on Monday, FETA chair Debra Sadranu announced registrations and submissions were open for a three-month application period which would end on October 18.

She encourages applicants to submit their entries on time as no extensions would be granted.

Ms Sadranu also urged applicants to take note of the eligibility requirements for each category.

“The assessment process and criteria of each award category is designed to support entries from applicants across the entire spectrum of the tourism industry to ensure maximum opportunity for all tourism operators to participate in the awards,” she said.

“Additionally, year on year we re-invest in the upgrade of the application portal to ensure the submission process is as convenient and accessible as possible to our applicants.”

Tourism icon and transport operator Rosie Holidays was also officially inducted into the Awards’ (FETA) Hall of Fame at the launch after securing the C&I Operator of the Year award for three consecutive years.

This marks the second time Rosie Holidays has received this rare distinction, having previously been inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2018.

Established in 2017, the FETA Hall of Fame celebrates operators that have demonstrated consistent excellence, having won their category for three consecutive years.

Ms Sadranu acknowledged event sponsors ANZ, Tappoos, Fiji Gas, Vodafone, Fiji Airports, Encore ANZPAC, Rosie Holidays, Marsh, Fiji Water, Jacks of Fiji, Havas, and Vision Investments.

She also welcomed My Fiji as a valued Gold Level Sponsor, and Fiji Airways as a Silver sponsor.
