RADISSON Blu Resort Fiji’s general manager Charles Homsy hosted the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism, Viliame Gavoka to the resort’s brand-new Sunday Brunch experience.
This experience is a culinary and social highlight that promises to become a must-do weekend tradition for locals and guests alike and presented a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families, friends, and food lovers seeking an elevated Sunday out.
Mr Homsy said the Radisson Blue Sunday Brunch was about creating an experience.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Pacific Ocean, the brunch was accompanied by an energetic and laid-back sounds of DJ Micks, spinning from his waterfront station.
Guests, made up of in-house and local residents soaked in the sun, sea breeze and good vibes enjoying top-tier hospitality in a relaxed, resort-chic setting.
At the heart of the event was a sumptuous buffet that included carved-to-perfection roast beef and lamb, rotisserie chicken with crisp skin and tender flavor, a gourmet grilled beef rendition, delicately miso-glazed mahimahi and an indulgent selection of desserts to satisfy every sweet tooth.
Running from 11am to 4pm, the Radisson Blu Resort’s Sunday Brunch offered guests and local residents the chance to indulge at their own pace.
A range of beverage packages ensured that the good times kept flowing well into the afternoon, enhancing the celebratory and leisurely atmosphere.

The event was also attended by key tourism leaders including managing director of Rosie Holidays Tony Whitton, managing director Tewaka James Sowane and heads of other Denarau resorts.
