The Fiji Education Act Review Committee and the Fiji Law Reform Commission formally handed over the Report of the Review of the Education Act to Acting Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Siromi Turaga, and Minister for Education, Hon. Aseri Radrodro, on July 15, 2025.

The ceremony held yesterday was described by Minister Radrodro as a β€œhistoric milestone.”

It marks the first comprehensive review of the Education Act 1966 in nearly six decades, signaling a transformative step toward modernizing Fiji’s education system.
