Fiji’s senior women’s football team will wear new uniforms at the OFC Women’s Nations Cup after Fiji Football Association signed a major five-year deal with US sportswear brand Custom Athletics.

The partnership was announced during the Kulas’ Presentation Night on Wednesday at the Fiji FA Hall in Vatuwaqa.

Fiji FA president Rajesh Patel said the agreement marks a fresh chapter for Fijian football.

“We thank Kappa and Zeev for their loyal service and contribution over the past decade,” Patel said.

“As we start this exciting new chapter with Custom Athletics, we look forward to outfitting our national teams with high-quality gear that reflects our identity and ambition.”

Under the deal, Custom Athletics will provide all match kits, training clothes and travel wear for all Fiji national football teams.

Patel said the Fijian Kulas will be the first to wear the new uniforms when they take on Solomon Islands in their opening Nations Cup match at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

Reilly Evans, owner of Custom Athletics, described the partnership as a special moment for the company and Pacific football.

“This five-year partnership represents a bold new chapter for Fijian football,” Evans said.

“More than just jerseys, this is about progress. We are supporting football development at every level in Fiji.”

Evans said the company is proud to help grow the sport and provide elite-quality gear for the players. Fiji plays the Solomon Islands in their opening match at 7pm at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva tomorrow.
