Fine weather conditions prevailed on Saturday in the most recent round of the Fiji National Rugby League’s Vodafone Cup Eastern Zone competition.
With its recent round being the sixth so far, various teams contested the round at Bidesi and Buckhurst Park grounds in Laucala Bay, Suva.
Meanwhile, other divisions such as the junior and Fiji National Rugby League Women’s division also played last Saturday.
There are a total of 24 teams in the competition; 16 from the east and eight from the west.
The competition was officially launched on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the headquarters of Vodafone Fiji in Tamavua, Suva.

FNRLW round 2 results:
East State: Nabua Broncos 4-0 Lami Steelers, Nadonumai 28-4 Veiyasana Knights, Police Sharks 52-4 Nadera Panthers, USP won by default over Namosi Highlanders.
Muaira State: Yasawa Saints 10-28 Namoli West Tigers, Laselase Cowboys won by default over Namuaniwaqa.
