Owners of the WG Friendship Plaza will be in the country soon to progress their ongoing development in Suva, and explore new investment opportunities in the country, states Investment Fiji.
Hangzhou Pantai Travel Technology Co Ltd will also meet with relevant Government agencies.
A Fiji delegation led by Fiji’s Ambassador to China, Robert Lee met with project owner Xu Jinliang to discuss the WG Friendship Plaza and the company’s broader investment plans.
“The WG Friendship Plaza, currently under development in Suva, is a large-scale complex set to feature hotels, residential apartments, office spaces, and dining facilities, further enhancing Fiji’s commercial and residential landscape,” states Investment Fiji.
“Discussions during the visit focused on strategies to move the project forward.”
