THE colours and creativity of the Pacific took centre stage once again at Vodafone Fiji Fashion Week (FJFW) 2025.

Closing the Fashion Week at the Vodafone Arena in Suva, FJFW director Ellen Whippy said this year marked another milestone for the region’s fashion industry.

“This year’s show was a resounding success,” Ms Whippy said.

“For the first time ever, we staged an industry-only event where fashion personnel, media, buyers, fashion agents, and photographers came together to experience the new-look Fijian designers.”

The event featured 25 designers, including seven international names from France, China, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Canada, and New Caledonia.

A highlight of the evening was the return of iconic Fijian designer Lambert Ho, closing the show with his distinctive creative flair.

Among the dignitaries in attendance were the First Lady of Fiji, Emily Lalabalavu, the Ambassador of the European Union, Barbara Plinkert and members of the diplomatic corps.
