Nadi is looking forward to welcoming George ‘Fiji’ Veikoso for his second homecoming concert.
Nadi Town Council special administrator Saliceni Raiwalui said the council had been upgrading facilities at Prince Charles Park and would renovate the bus stand to cater for people who planned to attend the concert.
“Last year we had a huge turnout, and we expect the same this year,” Mr Raiwalui said.
“And we are on the verge of renovating the bus stand and facilities at the concert venue.”
Veikoso said in a social media post three days ago he could not wait to uplift more Fijian artists and the Pacific’s gifted artists.
Homecoming 2 is scheduled for September 5, 6 and 7.
