Fully family-owned Ahura Resorts will soon reopen its $10million revitalised Likuliku Lagoon Resort.
The luxury couples-only resort had temporarily closed its doors last year for three months to allow for a series of major enhancement projects scheduled from February 1 to April 30 this year.
Resort owner and Ahura Resorts managing director Tony Whitton said the refurbished property would be reopened in the next week, elevating its offerings and guest experience to new heights.
“We closed our resort for three months and during this period, the 150 full-time employees retained full pay working at our sister resort Malolo Island Resort and also being support team to our building contractors,” Mr Whitton told The Fiji Times.
“These changes reinforce our commitment to providing an exceptional experience as one of Fiji’s premier and iconic luxury resorts, and we look forward to continuing offering world-class experiences as Fiji’s tourism industry continues to thrive.
“We’re thrilled to welcome guests back to Likulike Lagoon Resort following this significant revitalisation.”
Mr Whitton said the transformation underscored the property’s continued commitment to relaxed luxury, sustainable tourism, and world class experiences.
