An active trough of low pressure with cloud and rain and the enhanced Northwest winds continue to affect the Fiji group.
It is expected to gradually spread East to the rest of the group until Tuesday, states the Nadi weather office.
There will be occasional to periods rain, heavy at times with isolated thunderstorms in the Nadi, Lautoka, Ba, Tavua, Vatukoula, Rakiraki, interior of Ba-Ra, Nadroga-Navosa, Naitasiri, Northern Bua and Macuata province, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Lau and Lomaiviti group.
Rain expected to clear from the West later today and gradually clear the country to the East on Tuesday.
For the rest of the Fiji group there will be occasional rain and few thunderstorms.
Isolated heavy falls expected especially in the afternoon or evening.
