HOTEL chain Tanoa Group has announced the transition of three graduate trainees into full-time roles with the company.
The graduates, Ayush Deo, Risha Shiwani, and Ana Aqulala completed the ‘Tanoa Be the Future: Graduate Trainee Program’, an intensive in-house nine-month training program involving hands-on experience across hotel operations in Fiji, Samoa and Tonga.
The program, designed to provide practical skills and in-depth industry knowledge, proved to be a transformative journey for the trainees, Tanoa Group said in a statement.
“Throughout their training, Ayush, Risha, and Ana were immersed in the dynamic world of hospitality, acquiring invaluable insights and expertise that set the foundation for their professional growth.
“Their dedication culminated in their graduation celebrated during the Employee of the Year celebrations on 22nd November 2024.
“The event, hosted by the Tanoa Hotel Group, was a momentous occasion that showcased the graduates’ achievements and their promising futures in the hospitality industry.”
Following their successful completion of the program, all three graduates have secured full-time positions within the Tanoa Hotel Group.
“This milestone not only marks the beginning of their professional journeys but also underscores the company’s commitment to nurturing and developing talent within the industry.
