Nadroga Rugby gears up for a revamped season strategy as the 2025 Skipper Cup is set to kick off in August.
This adjustment comes following confirmation from the competition organisers regarding the revised start date.
President Jiuta Waqavonovono has stated that the club is taking this opportunity to fine-tune its approach.
“Right now, we are having our pre-season preparations.
“Since the Skipper Cup is now scheduled for August, we will have to re-strategise our plans for the new season. This includes a thorough review of our plans and administration to ensure everything aligns with the new timeline,” Waqavonovono said.
Nadroga Rugby, a team with a rich legacy in Fijian rugby, is keen to adapt to these changes effectively.
The pre-season focus will likely shift to maintaining player fitness and ensuring that both players and management are primed for the delayed start of the competition.
