THE FIJI Water Flying Fijians have dropped to 10th place in the World Rugby men’s ranking after suffering a record 17-57 defeat to Scotland at Murrayfield over the weekend.

This match marked the largest margin of defeat in Fiji’s 10 test meetings with Scotland, as Scottish winger Darcy Graham scored four tries in his impressive return to the international arena.

The win allowed Scotland to gain 0.58 ranking points, securing their seventh position, while Fiji’s loss resulted in a similar points deduction, pushing them below Australia.

The Flying Fijians will seek to recover from this setback as they prepare to face Wales at the Millennium Stadium at 1.40 am on Monday.

Supporters will be hoping for a stronger performance as the team aims to regain their footing in the international rugby scene.
