FIJI Water Flying Fijians captain Waisea Nayacalevu is expecting today’s Test against the All Blacks to be fast and physical.

Speaking from San Diego during the team’s training run yesterday, Nayacalevu said they had trained well, and the players were excited to take on the three-time world champions.

“We have been preparing well. The boys know the task that lays ahead going into the game against New Zealand. Everyone knows the All Blacks are physical, dynamic, have speed and momentum but we had a very good training this week and the boys are pretty excited,” he said.

Nayacalevu is among the experienced players in the match-day 23 that have played the All Blacks before.

“My message to the younger boys is to be physical, the pace of the game will be fast, and we just have to do our best out there.”

The captain admitted that their international Tests journey had not been easy but the team’s management had worked hard behind the scenes to make things possible while the players remained laser focused for the task at hand.

Nayacalevu and his men will run out against the All Blacks at Snapdragon Stadium in California at 2.30pm.
