Former Flying Fijians winger Filipo Nakosi is set to join Vannes.
Rugbyrama reported Nakosi will not renew his Castres Olympic contract.
Vannes was promoted to the Top 14 competition last week.
Nakosi played for Agen, Toulon and Castres with 53 tries in the French professional championships.
