Rarawai records highest rainfall

Rarawai in Ba has recorded the highest rainfall so far with 59.9mm.

According to the Fiji Metrological Service, Nagado recorded the second highest with 41.5mm followed by Toge with 30.5mm.

The weather office has also issued a flash flood warning for all flash flood prone areas, small streams and low-lying areas of Vanua Levu and Viti Levu.

High tide for today is at 3:29pm in Lautoka and 3:28pm in Suva.

As of 9am this morning, significant rainfall recorded for the last 6 hours were as follows:

Rarawai – 59.5mm

Nasinu – 12.5mm

Nagado – 41.5mm

Lautoka – 27mm

Momi – 14.5mm

Waimanu – 13mm

Toge-30.5mm

Yaqara 37mm
