The Online Safety Commission is pleading with the public to cease sharing the disturbing video of a child being subjected to violence on social media platforms.
“We are urging the public to refrain from spreading such content,” the Commission said.
“Sharing such videos only perpetuates the cycle of violence and exploitation.
“It is crucial for individuals to exercise responsible online behavior and prioritize the well-being of those involved.
“Please report all links to the respective social media platforms or directly to the Online Safety Commission.
“Let’s share the responsibilities and work towards creating a safer online environment for everyone, especially for our children.”
