Sportswear merchandise company BLK had stepped in to support Lautoka Rugby Union as their official apparel partner for the 2024 season.
The union’s general secretary Setariki Rakoto said they were excited with the partnership with BLK.
“It is a timely assistance to us and they would provide a range of kits to us for training, matches as well uniforms for the club’s executives as well,” he said.
Rakoto said they were discussing with the business community for the union’s sponsorship this year. He revealed the union would begin it’s club competition on February 17.
“Invitations have been sent out to all current and new clubs that wish to be part of the 2024 Lautoka Rugby Club Games competition.”
Rakoto said they would hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on February 10.
“We want to be fully geared up for the competition this year as it is a big year for us in the rugby calendar and our aim is to play to the best we can.
“We urge Lautoka Maroons supporters to rally behind the team this season.”
