The Ba Original women’s and U20 rugby 7s teams have unveiled their squads for the upcoming McDonald’s Fiji’s Coral Coast 7s, set to take place tomorrow.

Team manager Gabby Kautoga expressed pride in the teams, highlighting their dedicated efforts during the pre-season program last year and leading up to the festive season.

The players have shown great enthusiasm, realizing their potential on the field. “We are proud of our players, especially our women players who are putting in a lot of effort in training since this is their first Coral Coast 7s.

“These girls have been working hard and also our Youth players who are working hard to put out a positive performance,” Kautoga said.

Ba Original, representing the vanua, is a team to watch in this weekend’s Coral Coast 7s.

They have conducted programs throughout the last season, focusing on scouting and nurturing talents.

Women’s squad: Eleni Bilo, Torika Sabina, Loata Rokodrekia, Liku Vosiga, Ivona Nausa, Kini Vakauwalevu, Mary Jane Navuru, Laite Likuilaba, Lasalini Naivua, Acelia Tuwai, Siliva Nai, Keleni Bulou, Lewatu Sivo, Naomi Taku.

Youth squad: Joji Daunoco, Aramela Sova,Silovate Rasaku,Viliame Magodro, Aminio Seruinoka,Jerry Tuwai, Asivorosi Raileqe, Saimone Kase, Viliame Gaunavinaka, Ilisoni Koro, Jolame Tuwai, Jese Navunicagi, Amena Naviko, Kaliova Vananalagi.
