Fiji Year 8 exam results out today

The Fiji Year Eight Examination provisional results will be released today.

Minister for Education Aseri Radrodro said they recorded a 67 per cent pass rate for 2023.

The pass rate in 2022 was 62 per cent.

A total of 19,084 students sat for the external exam last year.

“These are provisional results that give students ample time to apply for re-count and re-remark process for the next 30 days. The process to apply for recount will be at a cost of $5 and remarking at $25 per subject,” Mr Radrodro said.

Exam results can be accessed through: www.examresults.gov.fj with the respective student’s unique examination identification number and personal credentials.

Students who may find difficulties in accessing online results can visit their respective schools or District Education Office from 8am today.
