South Sea Club has been experiencing good sales during this festive season.
This was revealed by the club’s board of trustees chairman Jan Mohammed.
This year the club is celebrating it’s 60th anniversary, having being established in 1963.
“It is home of snooker events in Fiji with the facilities being improved to reach international standards plus the only venue in Fiji to use the 1G championship snooker balls.
“It is situated at a very prime location at the Lautoka Waterfront with excellent views and fresh cool sea breeze and some of the facilities include a swimming pool, bowling green which is used for soccer futsal,” he said.
Mr Mohammed said they had included hall hire as one of the added services this year.
“We are very beautifully lit up during the night to provide the right atmosphere for a quiet drink or for party.
“After a hard day at work, people come here to relax and have a very tranquil atmosphere, enjoying the cool sea view.
“We are also upgrading our facilities in order to give the best services for our locals.
“The South Seas Restaurant is reputed to serve the “best duck curry in the world” and foreign visitors go straight from the airport to the restaurant to try their world famous curry,” Mr Mohammed said.
