FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels recently hosted two Customer Appreciation events to express gratitude to their partners, owners, suppliers, colleagues and tourism stakeholders.
Portfolio general manager Lachlan Walker said they had been an integral part of the FNPF IHG Hotels & Resorts family, and their support has been the heartbeat of their success in 2023 “as we look forward to another year of growth and success in 2024”.
The Customer Appreciation events served as a celebration of partnership, acknowledging the trust placed in doing business with IHG.
Bringing together approximately 300 partners, customers, and industry leaders, the events were not only a celebration of a successful year but also provided a platform for strategic discussions and opportunities for commercial growth.
The first event took place on December 1 at the iconic Grand Pacific Hotel, catering to the Suva-based partners, and the second event was held on December 8 at the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa and was dedicated to the West-based partners.
The group also demonstrated their support and commitment for local businesses through a pop-up night market at Natadola.
