Five RFMF officers complete first-ever NCO Leadership Course

Five Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) from the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) successfully completed the first-ever NCO Leadership Course hosted by the French Armed Forces in New Caledonia (FANC) at the Noumea Naval Base.

According the RFMF This milestone event highlights the growing collaboration between nations in the Pacific region.

“The two-week course provided an invaluable opportunity for NCOs from various Pacific nations to participate in an internship facilitated by the French Armed Forces in New Caledonia (FANC).

“The program focused on dominant warfare principles and aimed to enhance exchanges and mutual understanding among participants, fostering genuine cohesion and promoting interoperability among the Pacific armies involved.

“This groundbreaking course represents a significant step forward in strengthening ties between nations and fostering a culture of cooperation and shared learning. “

The RFMF extends its warmest congratulation to the NCOs who successfully completed the program and commend their dedication and commitment to enhancing their leadership skills.
