InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa has announced the appointment of Chef Indrajit Saha as its new executive chef.
With an illustrious career spanning more than 23 years in the global hospitality industry, Chef Indrajit brings a wealth of culinary expertise that is set to further enhance the resort’s exceptional dining experiences.
Chef Indrajit’s culinary journey has taken him across the world, enriching his skills and knowledge in some of the most prestigious hotels and resorts.
His most recent role at Zulal Resort in Qatar highlighted his dedication to wellness cuisine and his innovative approach to gastronomy, incorporating traditional Arabic and Islamic medicine.
Having mastered diverse culinary landscapes in India, Maldives, St Lucia, Djibouti, Thailand, Vietnam, Seychelles and the Middle East, Chef Indrajit’s multicultural culinary background is an asset to the InterContinental Fiji team.
