Ba to host last round of club games

The last round of Ba Rugby Union bowl competition club games will be played tomorrow at the Ba Methodist High School grounds.

“This week, we will complete our round-robin games in the bowl competition, with the two team’s that would top each of the two pools’, playing in the bowl final,” said the union’s secretary Gabriel Kautoga.

He said the remaining plate quarter-final between FSC and Natunuku would also be played this Saturday.

“Next week, we will have both the cup and plate semi-finals.

“The support from the people has now become a regular every Saturday and we having bigger plans as we prepare for next year’s Skipper Cup competition.”

Kautoga said all the three finals — bowl, plate and cup were scheduled for Saturday, September 23.

Fixtures:

  •  Bowl competition Nawaqarua vs Lomavata, Koronubu vs Nadrugu, Namaravulevu vs Bukuya, Sasa vs Koroboya.
  • Plate quarter-final FSC vs Natunuku.
