AFTER launching one of his latest albums, New Zealander and renowned musician Sammy J is ready to take on the stage and wow the crowd once again in this year’s Island Vibes concert in Suva.
Sammy J who will perform at the concert alongside the Common Kings, George “Fiji” Veikoso, and Trey Smoove said he had a lot of surprises for his supporters and fans.
“I have just launched my new EP so I will be singing some songs from that EP,” he said.
“People can look forward to hearing smooth songs from the heart and from experiences of people around me.”
He said no words could describe how excited he was to come back and join his fellow colleagues who would also be taking part in this year’s concert.
“I am really excited to come to the beautiful country of Fiji and especially to be supporting Common Kings and I hope I get a chance to take a swim in the beautiful ocean.”
He said if people were to be successful they needed to do what was right and chase after their dreams.
“All of us are unique and we are all different so embrace who you are and do all that you can in life.
“I am blessed to be living my dream of being an artist, singing songs I have written and traveling the world.
“This can happen to anyone who works hard, believes in themselves and has good support people around.”
