The world class mixed-use project, Sorena Naisoso, located on the Naisoso river front in the tourism populated locality in Nadi has attracted enormous interests from both local and international buyers.

The $150 million project will create in excess of 750 jobs during construction and 500 on completion and construction work is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of this year.

This latest development has seen the opening of its sales office after it received more than 1000 registrations of interest and after renowned architects Peddlethorp designed 64 two and three-bedroom apartments, along with six opulent penthouses, not seen in Fiji before.

Sales director Grant Chapman said the landmark project had attracted interest from both investors and people looking for an exceptional lifestyle.

“We not surprised that the project has attracted such strong interest – this is an idyllic location offering a unique way of life,” Mr. Chapman said.

“You can live, work, eat and shop in a welcoming space that combines the charm of Fiji with the very latest design.

“There are elegant retail stores, local restaurants with that friendly Fiji service and even state-of-the-art office spaces.”

Mr Champan added the interiors include natural timbers and patterned tiles combined with bespoke finishes such as reeded glass and fluted paneling to create a visually stunning environment.
