Nadroga prop Timoci Sauvoli will find his work tough as the Fijian Drua named three players, including him, to complete the 40-roster for this year’s Super Rugby Pacific campaign.
Sauvoli, 30, in a statement, was named alongside former Vatukoula outside back Kitione Ratu, Fiji Warriors and NRC Drua fly half Caleb Muntz to join the 37 squad members who are already in Sydney.
Sauvoli will face stiff competition from Haereiti Hetet, Jone Koroiduadua, Meli Tuni, Kaliopasi Uluilakepa, Manasa Saulo and Samuela Tawake.
“We warmly welcome our final three members after formalising all required contract negotiations and congratulate them for making it into the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua squad,” Drua chieft executive officer Brian Thorburn said in a statement.
Sauvoli played for Police in the Sukuna Bowl Challenge and also represented the Fijian Warriors, the NRC Drua and the Fijian Latui.
