THE Lautoka Golf Club will host the Trans Pacific Enterprise-sponsored 12 holes stroke event in association with the Islands Electric-sponsored FNU Beginners competition tomorrow. Tee-off is from 12.30pm-1.30pm. Starters: Suren Pillay/Gaffar Ali. Cards: Dr. Vimal Murthi/Jeffery John. Match: Prem Chand/Vijay Ram. Inter FNU competition hit off at 2pm. Gate entry is $1 for seniors/adult spectators/teachers/coaches/managers and 50cents for sec/primary students. Each team is required to bring their own balls and at least a first aid kit. THE NewWorld Suva Netball Association will be having its Inter-Club competition tomorrow at the National Netball Centre. Registration begins at 10am and competition commences at 12noon. Each club is to enter only one woman’s and one men’s team only. There is no registration fee, prizemoney includes: $300 for the winner, $200 for the runner-up and $100 each for the two semi-finalists. The Block of Land fundraising drive by our Social Committee will also be drawn tomorrow so please have all your Block of Land completed and submitted to Kalesita Mar at the courts.
