The race that not only stops Australia but punters around the globe, The Melbourne Cup, will take place today.
24 horses taking part in this years race have been finalised and odds have been decided.
Ireland’s Tiger moth, Twilight Payment and Anthony Van Dyck with New Zealand’s Surprise Baby are some of the top bets to win the race this year.
The race begins at 4pm today.
