The Nadi bus driver who allegedly caused the death of a 25-year-old woman has been released on strict bail conditions by the Nadi Magistrates Court today.
Aneesh Chand, 45, of Sabeto in Nadi was produced before Magistrate Peni Dalituicama to answer to one count of dangerous driving occasioning death.
He is accused of causing the death of Seruwaia Wairoaroa, following an accident along Careras, Votualevu, in Nadi last week.
The case will be called again on March 31, 2020.
