The Toyota Fortuner is increasingly becoming a popular choice of SUV for customers here.
What’s great about it? It packs a lot of muscle whilst not losing its exterior sleek appeal. One of Asco Motors SUV on offer at its branches around the country is the Toyota Fortuner.
The Toyota Fortuner sometimes is in the shadow of the more popular Toyotas on Fiji roads like the Hilux 4WD or the Land Cruiser Prado but as we have found, it has a certain attraction that people find absolutely appealing.
With a 3.0L intercooler turbo, the 7-seater Fortuner is well featured with ABS, EBD, VSC and brake assist.
Nadi sales manager Maika Moce says “the Fortuner is such a pleasure to drive. And it is unique looking in the sense that it’s quite distinct from other Toyota vehicles on the road”.
The Fortuner has a rear-vision camera to assist in reversing and parking. It comes in 6-speed for a commanding drive on the roads and has a USB and ipod connector for pleasurable driving.
This month Asco Motors has a few Toyota Fortuners available as Demo vehicles on sale. A demo vehicle is short form for demonstration vehicle which is a brand new vehicle but has been driven and used by sales managers for a short period of time. So it has gained some mileage but not a lot though and is sold on a reduced price from the usual retail price.
Other Demo vehicles on offer this month include a Land Cruiser Double Cab 4WD and a Land Cruiser 200 Series, or as we call it the King of the 4WDs.
