WWF plans Nasese clean up

Update: 3:28PM RESIDENTS living along the Nasese Foreshore will soon benefit from a clean campaign that is planned for next month.

This was confirmed by the President of the World Wildlife (WWF) Pacific volunteer program Genevieve Jiva.

Ms Jiva said the campaign would be held on March 10 to assist them on their next art workshop that would enable them to turn rubbish into something valuable like accessories, jewelries and art.

“There is high interest from volunteers as they learn about reducing the use of plastic and plastic pollution in their lives,” she said.

THE WWF Pacific volunteers had conducted similar campaigns last year.
