THERE is nothing more magical than family, presents, lights and decorated trees.
Christmas, provides the perfect opportunity for families to spend time together, be it over a Christmas dinner, grocery shopping or even doing something as simple as sipping a hot cuppa lemon leaves.
This week, we feature Rev Claude Fong Toy and his family – a minister in the Anglican church as our shopper of the week.
Reverend Claude Fong-Toy is a Fijian of Chinese heritage. He was born and raised in a farming and fishing settlement called Naqaraniqoli, Dreketi in Macuata. His wife Ulamila who is from Malevu, Naviti in Yasawa is a Sunday school teacher and they have three children Emmanuel, 15, Jeremiah 11, and Esther, 8. For Mr Toy and his family, healthy shopping is a part of their lives.
