MIAMI – Tennis Star Andy Murray is selling his Miami Condo for US$2.375million (F$4.9m).
The No. 1 male singles player bought the four-bedroom for US$1.575m (F43.24m) in 2008. The world No. 1-ranked tennis player, has offloaded his Miami pad for US$2.375m, after actively trying to sell it for more than two years.
The sale of the four-bedroom apartment on Brickell Bay Drive was closed last Friday.
The property first hit the market for US$2.99m ($F6.14m) last April, went into contract shortly after, but failed to close. It was relisted for US$2.69m ($F5.52m) last October, and the price dropped to US$2.59m (F$5.32m).
