IS it possible for Vodafone Fiji to develop another top-up strategy for our eTransport cards via credit transfer from our mobile phones?
This could be a similar system used when either gifting data or sending credit to another Vodafone mobile phone number.
Perhaps this could be a smart and efficient way of topping up our own eTransport cards via credit transfer from our respective mobile phones.
In addition, it could be useful especially for our friends and families in the rural areas or during desperate times or emergencies.
The big question always remains, our mobile phones must have sufficient credit!
But again a few colleagues of mine argued that there would be less credit for calls, text messaging and internet research (including Facebook) as a higher percentage of the credit will be invested in topping the eTransport cards.
This again will depend on how frequent we travel by bus!
However, I am quite certain that there is a high percentage of the Fijian population that use this common mode of transport.
All in all, it’s about contributing to finding innovative and smart ways to improve the new system of travelling.
