Much-awaited device available in local market

AFTER its international release earlier this month, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 is now available in most major retail outlets.

Among these is Digicel Fiji which yesterday announced the launch of Samsung’s beautiful beast, the Galaxy Note8.

According to Digicel Pacific regional hub chief executive Colin Stone, the Galaxy Note8 is a stunning design with a friendly, more curved aesthetic.

“Samsung continues to excite business customers, you still get the iconic Infinity Edge design with ultra-thin top and bottom bezel combined with amazing processing speed,” he said in a statement yesterday.

“The Galaxy Note8 with its powerful processor requires a fast network to optimise the use of its many features, Digicel is well placed offering exceptional network speed combined with great value data bundles to provide exceptional experience to users.”

The statement also added that the phone was a huge success with a gorgeous design, great software and excellent stylus with very little not to like.

“Our customers are going to love this phone as its great for power users who want the best camera, best performance and best experience from their smartphone — whether it’s for work or play,” Mr Stone said.

The latest Samsung Galaxy Note8 has also been available from Digicel stores yesterday selling at an introductory $2099.
