The new Sports World in Nakasi that recently opened its doors in June aims to inspire people to take care of themselves, be fit and healthy.
Nakasi outlet store manager Shaizal Saheb said customers who wished to purchase fitness product could be assured every gear and equipment were genuine and met the Australian and New Zealand standards. He also added business was customer focused and they were here to stay.
Sports World provides backup service for every exercise equipment domestic and commercial which makes it a popular supplier of fitness equipment for gyms such as the new Double Tree Sonaisali Resort gym and Hilton Fiji, Holiday Inn, Grand Pacific Hotel, Quest Apartments, Reserve Bank, rugby clubs and other hotels.
Sports World has stores Fiji-wide — that include Waimanu Rd, MHCC, Damodar that operates seven days a week from 9am to 9pm, Labasa, Lautoka and Nadi.
“Apart from that we have a Sports World corner in all Courts stores Fiji-wide as well which gives customers ease of access,” said Mr Saheb.
He said Sports World and Courts stores also offered hire purchase on fitness equipment at easy credit terms.
Mr Saheb said the company had grown from that small scale distributor of Puma brands to Fiji in 1995 to being distribution agency for internationally renowned brands such as York, Wilson, Asics, Gilbert, Under Armour, Speedo, Steedan, Grays, Puma Darts and commercial range of fitness equipment.
