Update: 7:33PM ST JOSEPH Secondary School student Tarairi Erasito broke the Junior girls discus record this evening.
Erasito broke last year’s record of 21.24m set by Raitiniuea Kaete of Rabi High School.
She threw a distance of 33.50m.
In second place, Ivamere Koroiravudu of Xavier College threw a distance of 31.44m.
Third place and bronze, Merelita Karavanua of Delana Methodist threw a distance of 30.24m.
