IN a bid to improve services the Fiji Development Bank is enabling customers to access their bank statements online for free.
Bank CEO Deve Toganivalu said online applications had changed the way people accessed many traditional services.
“This new development is the next natural evolution to our service line after we introduced internet banking last year,” said Mr Toganivalu.
He said the new system in its entirety was developed in-house at the bank.
“The service is a symbol of our continued commitment to improving our customer experience and making banking with us more accessible.”
Mr Toganivalu said all payments were updated on the bank’s system daily and were processed by its finance team.
For security reasons, clients will need to visit their nearest FDB branch in order to register or customers can download the application forms from the bank’s website on www.fdb.com.fj
