THE Hibiscus Festival came to an end last week with the crowning of Miss Carpenters Marie Fall as Hibiscus queen.
Miss Suva City Council, Sarah Vamarasi was the first runner-up and Miss FBC, Nelisha Umarao second runner-up Miss Suva City Council, Sarah Vamarasi crowned the 2015 Vodafone Fiji Hibiscus Festival charity queen while best float during the float procession was awarded to Fulton Hogan Hiways, in second place was Suva City Council and APCO won the third place.
