THE Fiji Roads Authority is expected to conduct asphalt concrete (AC) pothole patching at Wasawasa Road in Wailoaloa, Nadi from today.
This following complaints from residents on the road condition that leads to hotels and restaurants.
“The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is aware of the concerns regarding the condition of Wasawasa Road in Wailoaloa, Nadi,” a statement from FRA said.
“We acknowledge the feedback from residents and the importance of maintaining access for the local resorts and restaurants.
“FRA has previously conducted metal (AP40) patching works to make the road safe by addressing the potholes.
“FRA is pleased to inform you that asphalt concrete (AC) pothole patching will commence tomorrow (Wednesday) on both Wailoaloa Road and Nadi Bay Road, weather permitting.”
