A 48-year-old man convicted of incest involving his 18-year-old biological daughter in Rotuma earlier this year will be sentenced tomorrow.
The father of three pleaded guilty to one count of incest by a relative and one count of sexual assault committed in 2025.
Earlier this week, he accepted the summary of facts read in the High Court in Suva.
The case is being presided over by Justice Daniel Goundar.
Appearing for prosecution was ODPP Lawyer Yelena Sautu.
The man has been further remanded in custody until December 4.
