It was a proud moment for 19-year-old Meli Boseiwaqa who voted for the first time during the 2022 General Election today.
The Fiji National University student said he had been looking forward to voting for the first time.
“From last week, I had been thinking about today. Voting is a big thing for me and I am sure my vote will add up to make a difference in the final tally,” Boseiwaqa said.
Boseiwaqa who is pursuing his education in Plant Maintenance said he was hoping for change.
“For me, I think change is needed. I hope there is some change so I can get some assistance in my studies.”
He attended Nasikawa Vision College before furthering his studies at FNU.
