Father and son duo, Sat Narayan Samy and Dhirendra Samy, braved the early morning Lautoka City heat to line up at the Vakatora Polling Station at 7.30am today.
Sixty-four-year old Sat Samy said he wanted to cast his vote early so he could spend the rest of the day doing chores at home with his son.
Polling venues open at 7.30am across the country.
