The Lautoka football side had to come from a goal down to beat Ba 2-1 in the first semi-final of the Courts Inter District Championship.
Darold Kakasi scored in the 32nd minute to put Ba into the lead.
Lautoka bounced back quickly to equalise with a goal from Samuela Qavo in the 36th minute.
Zibraaz Sahib scored the winning goal in the 39th minute from the penalty spot.
The Blues held on in the second spell for the win.
