ABOUT 140 students of Fulton Adventist University College in Sabeto, Nadi, graduated with certificates and diplomas yesterday.

The regional institution marked the occasion with a graduation ceremony at the college.

While congratulating the students, Fulton College principal Dr Glynn Galo said sacrifice and hard work had paid off for the students.

“It gives us motivation to come to work every day because at the end of the day we get to see our graduates in their gowns marking an important milestone in their lives,” he said.

“This day is all about our graduates celebrating their accomplishments.”

He said this year’s theme of “Destined for Excellence” had been emulated by each student.

“I believe their one or three or four years of experience at Fulton has fully prepared each graduate for excellence.

“Their experience here has somewhat prepared them for their excellence in life and for their future endeavours.”
