RELCORP (Fiji) Pte Ltd, the developers of the Radisson Blu Mirage Resort, Fiji Naisoso Island yesterday in Nadi signed a agreement with China Railway No.5 Engineering Group (Fiji) Ltd for the construction of the resort at a value of $138 million.

Relcorp managing director Bob Lowres said the company is proud to partner with the construction company for this important project.

“We did a lot of research before we appointed our builder- China Railway No.5 Engineering Group for this project,” he said.

Mr Lowres said Relcorp has developed residential complex at Naisoso Island and is now moving into resort development.

“We expected its practical completion in around December 2025 and to be fully operational in May 2026.”

China Railway No 5 Engineering Group deputy manager Fiji Jimmy Lee said it was a very happy day for them as well.

Radisson Blu Mirage Resort general manager sales and marketing Ruth Kippax said they have sold more than half of the units.

“The enquires has been pouring in and we are very pleased with the support that we are getting,” she said.
