I MARVELLED at the colourful picture of our prolific writer Allen Lockington in yesterday’s daily as he launched The Fiji Times e-edition in Suva. This is another of my favourite newspaper’s milestone achievement and marked a historic occasion and to be launched by Allen was the icing on the cake. This e- edition will no doubt be a brand new experience. I commend the editor, publisher and general manager for the new initiative. Bravo The Fiji Times!
On the other hand, what a way to reward one of The Fiji Times most experienced and long-time writers. Allen’s letters are amazing and wonderful to read. Thank you Allen for the creative pieces that you always put together for us readers. Yesterday will definitely go down in the history books. The Fiji Times has always been instrumental in accurate news reporting and maintained its share of integrity and professionalism. Thank you for this!
Whenever I have been overseas, I have never missed reading The Fiji Times online and I am so proud that despite the dark days and gloomy periods this newspaper has journeyed and navigated its way to ensure that readers get the best news.
