A trough of low pressure with associated cloud and showers affects the group.

The weather bulletin issued from the National Weather Forecasting Centre in Nadi this morning says isolated heavy falls possible with a risk of flash flooding of low lying areas.

The forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Fiji group expect occasional showers and few thunderstorms for Yasawa and Mamanuca group, Vanua Levu, Lau and Lomaiviti group, Taveuni and nearby smaller islands.

For rest of Fiji group, occasional showers and isolated thunderstorms especially in the afternoon or evening.

Motorists can expect poor visibility on roads in areas of heavy showers and thunderstorms.

Moderate northeast to southeast winds, fresh at times.

Winds becoming predominantly northeasterly later tomorrow.

Moderate to rough seas.

Outlook for Wednesday, occasional showers and few thunderstorms over most places.
